摘 要:钢筋作为建筑构件的主要增强材料,要求具备较高的强度、韧性和优异的焊接性等综合性能。国内某钢铁公司根据自身轧钢工艺装备情况,采用钒微合金化控轧控冷技术生产HRB500E高强抗震钢筋。介绍了HRB500E高强钢筋的技术要求、化学成分设计和工艺路线,详细阐述了控轧控冷方案设计,并进行了工业试制,分析了化学成分、力学性能、显微组织等变化。结果表明,此次生产的钢筋具有较高的强度和塑形,实测强屈比≥1.35、屈屈比≤1.17、最大力总延伸率≥13.2%;应变时效性能良好;组织为铁素体+珠光体,晶粒度12~13级;P含量0.015%~0.040%,S含量0.017%~0.036%,满足GB/T1499.2-2018的要求。As the main reinforcing material of building components,steel bar requires high strength,toughness,and excellent weldability.According to its own rolling process equipment,a domestic steel company uses vanadium micro alloy-controlled rolling and cooling technology to produce HRB500E high-strength seismic steel bar.The technical requirements,chemical composition design and process route of HRB500E high-strength steel bar were introduced,the design of controlled rolling and cooling scheme was elaborated in detail,and industrial trial production was carried out,and the changes of chemical composition,mechanical properties,microstructure and other properties were analyzed.The results show that the steel bars produced this time have high strength and shape,and the measured strength yield ratio is≥1.35,the yield ratio is≤1.17,and the total elongation of the maximum force is≥13.2%.Good strain aging performance;the structure is ferrite+pearlite,and the grain size is 12~13;P content is 0.015%~0.040%,S content is 0.017%~0.036%,meet the requirements of GB/T1499.2-2018.
