摘 要:在使用相同工艺制度的情况下,2050与1580热轧线生产的镀锡基板MRT-4性能差异明显。2050线MRT-4产品在大压下率冷轧时,轧制力高,加工硬化严重,并且经常发生断带事故;而1580线产品可轧性良好。对比了两种热轧产线冷却速度的不同,分析了产品显微组织和力学性能的差异,认为2050线MRT-4延伸率大幅降低的原因为层冷冷却速度过快以及冷却均匀性差,导致晶粒尺寸不均匀。通过将终轧温度由890℃降低至880℃、粗轧投入保温罩,将层冷模式由前段冷却变为三段冷却等措施,2050热轧带钢延伸率提高约15%,横向屈服强度极差降至25 MPa以下,头尾屈服强度极差降至20 MPa以下,冷轧总压下率达94%,组织均匀,冷轧加工硬化明显改善。Under the same process system,the performance of MRT-4 tinned substrate produced by 2050 and 1580 hot rolled wire is significantly different.When the MRT-4 product is cold rolled at a high pressure rate with 2050 line,the rolling force is high,the work hardening is serious,and the belt breaking accident often occurs;The 1580 line product has good rollability.The difference in cooling rate of the two hot rolling lines was compared,and the differences in microstructure and mechanical properties of the products were analyzed,and it was concluded that the reason for the significant reduction of MRT-4 elongation of 2050 line was that the cooling speed of layer cooling was too fast,and the cooling uniformity was poor,resulting in uneven grain size.By reducing the final rolling temperature from 890℃to 880℃,putting rough rolling into the insulation cover,and changing the layer cooling mode from front-stage cooling to three-stage cooling,the elongation of 2050 hot-rolled strip is increased by about 15%,the lateral yield strength is reduced to less than 25 MPa,the yield strength of the head and tail is reduced to less than 20 MPa,the total pressure rate of cold rolling reaches 94%,the structure is uniform,and the cold rolling work hardening is significantly improved.
