摘 要:为明确短毛切梢小蠹Tomicus brevipilosus肠道细菌群落结构及其多样性,采用宏基因组测序技术对短毛切梢小蠹肠道和残体的细菌DNA测序,分析细菌群落的组成、丰度及多样性。结果发现:共鉴定出23门53纲119目188科221属458种;变形菌门Proteobacteria、放线菌门Actinobacteria、拟杆菌门Bacteroidetes为肠道和残体菌群的优势门,平均相对丰度分别为64.14%和61.21%、26.58%和24.78%、8.79%和12.08%;分枝菌酸杆菌属Mycolicibacterium、中慢生根瘤菌属Mesorhizobium、叶杆菌属Phyllobacterium、慢生根瘤菌属Bradyrhizobium为肠道和残体菌群优势属,平均相对丰度分别为17.60%和16.67%、 13.89%和10.01%、 10.27%和5.82%、10.90%和18.89%;肠道和残体的细菌群落组成和多样性有明显不同。这些结果将为深入探究短毛切梢小蠹的肠道菌群功能及其灾变机制提供新的视野和理论依据。To clarify structure and diversity of the bacteria community in the gut of Tomicus brevipilosus,the bacterial DNA from the guts and residual bodies was sequenced by using metagenomic sequencing technology to determine compositions,abundance and diversity of bacterial community.They were annotated and classified into 23 phyla,53 classes,119 orders,188 families,221 genera,and 458 species.Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Bacteroidetes were the dominant phyla in gut and residual flora,the average relative abundance was 64.14%and 61.21%,26.58%and 24.78%,8.79%and 12.08%,respectively;Mycolicibacterium,Mesorhizobium,Phyllobacterium and Bradyrhizobium were dominant genera in gut and residual flora,the average relative abundance was 17.60%and 16.67%,13.89%and 10.01%,10.27%and 5.82%,10.90%and 18.89%,respectively;but the composition and diversity of bacterial communities in gut and residual body were significantly different.These results will provide a new vision and theoretical basis for further exploring the function and catastrophe mechanism of intestinal microflora of T.brevipilosus.
