摘  要:为明确树锦鸡儿Caragana arborescens白粉病的病原菌,以及在白粉菌胁迫下树锦鸡儿的生理功能变化,对树锦鸡儿上的白粉病病原物进行形态学鉴定,观察孢子在2种介质下的萌发情况,测定受白粉菌胁迫下树锦鸡儿的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。经鉴定分析,发生在树锦鸡儿上的白粉病原为树锦鸡儿叉丝壳菌Erysiphe grossulariae;孢子在载玻片和Parafilm膜上均可萌发,萌发情况相似;受白粉菌胁迫树锦鸡儿的CAT和MDA的含量与感病树锦鸡儿病情指数呈负相关。In order to kown the pathogen of powdery mildew of Caragana arborescens and the changes of physiological function of C.arborescens under powdery mildew stress.The morphology of powdery mildew of C.arborescens was identified,and the CAT activity and MDA content of C.arborescens under powdery mildew stress were determined.The results showed that the pathogen was Erysiphe grossularia.Spores could germinate in both glass medium and parafilm membrane,and the germination situation was similar.Under the stress of E.grossularia,the contents of CAT and MDA were negatively correlated with the disease index of susceptible C.arborescens.
