摘　　要：[目的/意义]各利益相关者制定的开放获取转换协议指南的内容各有侧重和特色,了解和分析其内容和案例,为我国机构开展相关工作提供参考。[方法/过程]利用文献调研法与内容分析法介绍国际上主要的开放获取转换协议指南的内容要点,分析其各自的特色及价值、内容的相同点和侧重点,提出各指南的适用场景建议,并结合我国图书馆的实践案例进行介绍和分析。[结果/结论]了解指南内容有助于指导我国机构开展开放获取转换实践,支持图书馆更好地了解开放出版领域的发展和更新。参照已有案例,我国图书馆可通过获得经费支持,尝试开放获取转换的实践,我国图书馆联盟可开展对应的细化研究并发挥集团谈判的优势。[Purpose/Significance]The content of open access transformative agreement guides developed by various stakeholders have their own emphasis and characteristics.Understanding and analyzing the content and cases is good to provide reference for Chinese institutions to carry out relevant work.[Method/Process]Using the methods of literature research and content analysis,this paper introduced the main content points,characteristics and values,the similarities and emphases of the contents,and the suggestions of the applicable scenarios of the international representative open access transformative agreements guide,and introduced and analyzed the practical cases of libraries in China.[Result/Conclusion]Understanding the contents of the guide will help guide institutions in China to carry out open access transformation practices and help libraries better grasp the development and updating of the field of open access publishing.Referring to the existing cases,libraries in China can actively obtain financial support to try the practice of open access conversion.Chinese library alliance can carry out corresponding detailed research and take advantage of group negotiation.
