摘 要:为了提高K-TIG焊接电弧能量密度、改善焊缝质量,研究了纵向磁场对K-TIG焊接电弧形态和焊缝成形的影响。结果表明:在直流纵向磁场作用下,磁场强度越大,焊接电弧被压缩的现象越明显;由于熔池受到定向洛伦兹力的影响,熔融金属会往焊缝一侧偏移,磁场强度越大,该现象越明显。在交流纵向磁场作用下,当磁场频率不变时,磁场强度越大,电弧压缩效果越明显;当磁场强度不变时,磁场频率越大,电弧越稳定,由于熔池变向受到洛伦兹力的影响,熔池被振荡搅拌,从而影响了焊缝成形。无论在直流纵向磁场还是交流纵向磁场作用下,电弧形态呈现更为"瘦小"的钟罩形。随着磁场强度或磁场频率的增大,母材完全熔透所需的焊接电流减小,焊缝宽度也越小。In order to improve the arc energy density of K-TIG welding and weld quality,the effect of longitudinal magnetic field on the arc shape and weld formation was studied.The results show that:under the action of DC longitudinal magnetic field,the bigger the magnetic field intensity,the more obvious the welding arc is compressed.Because the molten pool is affected by Lorentz force,the molten metal shifts to one side of the weld,and the bigger the magnetic field strength is,the more obvious the phenomenon is.Under the action of AC longitudinal magnetic field with constant magnetic field frequency,the bigger the magnetic field intensity is,the more obvious the arc compression effect is;under constant magnetic field intensity,the higher the magnetic field frequency is,the more stable the arc is.Due to the influence of Lorentz force on the molten pool,the molten pool is stirred,thus affecting the weld formation.Whether under the action of DC longitudinal magnetic field or AC longitudinal magnetic field,the arc shape presents a more"thin"bell shape.With the increase of magnetic field intensity or magnetic field frequency,the welding current required for complete penetration of the base metal decreases and the weld width decreases.
