摘 要:采用电子束焊接对CoCrNiSi_(x)(x=0,0.1,0.2)中熵合金实施对接焊,对焊接接头进行微观组织观察、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、能谱分析(EDS)、显微硬度测试和拉伸试验等性能测试,对比分析Si含量对CoCrNiSi_(x)中熵合金焊接接头组织与性能的影响。研究发现:CoCrNiSi_(x)中熵合金焊接接头无明显热影响区,熔合区两侧组织呈现两种不同的组织形貌,与母材相比,焊缝发生明显的晶粒细化。从母材到焊缝各组分元素分布均匀,Si元素主要分布在晶内。焊缝的硬度明显高于母材的,焊接接头拉伸试样断裂位置在母材处,断裂形式为韧性断裂,断口形貌主要为韧窝,且随着Si含量的升高,屈服强度与抗拉强度也增大。CoCrNiSi_(x)(x=0,0.1,0.2)medium entropy alloys were butt welded by electron beam welding.The microstructure observation,X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)analysis,microhardness test and tensile test of the welded joints were carried out.The effects of Si content on the microstructure and properties of CoCrNiSi_(x)medium entropy alloy welded joint were compared and analyzed.It is found that there is no obvious heat affected zone in the welded joint of CoCrNiSi_(x)medium entropy alloy,and the microstructure of both sides of the fusion zone presents two different morphologies.Compared with the base metal,the weld zone has obvious grain refinement.From the base metal to the weld zone,each element is evenly distributed and Si element is mainly distributed in the crystal.The microhardness of the weld zone is obviously higher than that of base metal.The fracture position of tensile samples of all welded joints is at the base metal.The fracture form is ductile fracture and the fracture morphology is mainly dimple.With the increase of Si content,the yield strength and tensile strength also increase.
