摘  要:采用等离子体增材制造技术,以不同比例的WC-316L不锈钢粉末为熔覆材料,在Q235钢基体上逐层制造出WC-316L块体梯度复合材料。块体材料从下到上,WC粉末的比例逐渐从0增加到40%。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机等设备对材料的组织结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明,块体材料由下至上组织结构与性能各不相同,底层组织为γ-Fe基体和网状的α-Fe。随着WC的加入,材料出现Fe_(3)W_(3)C、W_(2)C、WC等物相。WC颗粒部分溶解,游离态的W、C原子可与基体元素反应形成碳化物并消除了网状的α-Fe组织。块体材料的硬度值呈不均匀分布,整体上从下向上呈递增趋势。块体顶部平均硬度可达600 HV,耐磨性良好。The WC-316L bulk gradient composite was fabricated by plasma arc additive manufacturing on Q235 steel with different proportions of WC and 316L stainless steel powders.From bottom to top of the bulk material,the proportion of WC powder gradually increases from 0 to 40%.And the microstructure and properties were analyzed by SEM,EDS,microhardness tester and wear tester.The results show that the structure and properties of the bulk material are different from bottom to top.The microstructure of the bottom layer is austenite matrix and reticular ferrite.With the addition of WC,the phases such as Fe_(3)W_(3)C,W_(2)C and WC appear.The WC particles melt partially,free W,C atoms react with the matrix elements to form carbides and theα-Fe reticular structure disappears.The hardness of the block material is not evenly distributed,but it shows an increasing trend generally from the bottom to the upper.The top of the material has average hardness up to 600 HV,showing good wear resistance.
