优化版中药热熨敷技术改善癌性疼痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨优化版中药热熨敷技术对癌性疼痛的疗效及生存质量的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将98例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统中药热熨敷技术干预,观察组采用优化版中药热熨敷技术干预,观察其对癌性疼痛患者疼痛评分、生存质量、不良事件和护理满意度的影响。结果干预后,观察组应用优化版中药热熨敷技术疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,观察组生存质量EORTC QLQ-c30评分均有提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),与对照组比较,观察组EORTC QLQ-C30评分和护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优化版中药热熨敷技术对癌性疼痛有明确的缓解作用,并对患者生存质量有进一步的提高。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of optimized TCM hot ironing compress technique on cancer pain and the quality of life.Methods Using random number table method,98 patients with malignant tumor were randomized into control group and observation group.The control group got intervention with traditional TCM hot ironing compress and the observation group with optimized TCM hot ironing compress.The pain score,quality of life,adverse events and satisfaction with care in patients with cancer pain were observed.Results After the intervention,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the EORTC QLQ-C30 score of quality of life in the observation group was improved(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the EORTC QLQ-C30 score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized TCM hot ironing compress technique can obviously relieve cancer pain and further improve the quality of life of patients.
