摘　　要：肺癌是全球恶性肿瘤相关死亡的主要原因之一,手术、化疗、放疗等传统癌症治疗方法是临床治疗肺癌的主要手段,但患者中位生存期未发生明显提高。川芎嗪是川芎中主要活性成分,具有多种药理作用。川芎嗪可诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤血管形成,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭和转移,提高化疗药物敏感性,调节细胞免疫功能,通过多途径、多机制对肺癌细胞增殖、转移、侵袭、细胞凋亡发挥防治作用。因此综述了川芎嗪防治肺癌的作用机制,为肺癌的临床治疗提供参考。Lung cancer is one of the main causes of global malignancy related death. Surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy are the main means of clinical treatment of lung cancer, but the median survival time of patients has not been significantly improved.Ligustrazine is the main active ingredient in Chuanxiong Rhizoma, which has a variety of pharmacological effects. Ligustrazine could induce tumor cell apoptosis, inhibit tumor angiogenesis, inhibit tumor cell proliferation, invasion, and metastasis, improve chemotherapeutic drug sensitivity, and regulate cellular immune function. Ligustrazine plays a preventive and therapeutic role in the proliferation, metastasis, invasion, and apoptosis of lung cancer through multiple pathways and mechanisms. This article reviews the mechanism of ligustrazine in prevention and treatment of lung cancer and provides reference for clinical treatment of lung cancer.
