摘　　要：目的探讨古今名医治疗腹泻的用药规律。方法整理《古今名医临证金鉴·腹泻卷》中历代名医论治腹泻的有效经验方,将复方整理后导入古今医案云平台(V2.2.1),开展中药频次分析、属性频次分析、关联规则和聚类分析。结果共纳入64位医家的247首经验方,高频中药为甘草、白术、茯苓、陈皮、白芍等,药性以温性为主,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,归经以脾、胃、肺经为主,功效以祛湿化痰、健脾益气、清热解毒为主。关联规则分析共获得12个核心药对,聚类分析将药物分为5个聚类方。结论《古今名医临证金鉴·腹泻卷》中历代名医治疗腹泻多用燥湿化痰、益气健脾、温中散寒、清热解毒之法,常用参苓白术散、香连丸、痛泻药方、甘姜苓术汤、理中丸、四君子汤、升阳益胃汤等方。Objective To explore the medication rules of ancient and modern famous doctors in the treatment of diarrhea.Methods Sorting out the effective experience of famous doctors in the treatment of diarrhea in"Ancient and Modern Famous Doctors Clinical Evidence·Diarrhea Volume",and importing the compound into the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.2.1)to carry out Chinese medicine frequency analysis,attribute frequency analysis,association rules and cluster analysis.Results A total of 247 empirical prescriptions of 64 doctors were included.The high-frequency Chinese medicine were Gancao,Baizhu,Fuling,Chenpi,and Baishao,etc.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,and the medicinal flavors were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.The main meridians were spleen,stomach and lung meridians,and the efficacy was mainly dampness and phlegm,spleen and Qi,heat and detoxification.A total of 12 core drug pairs were obtained by association rule analysis,and the drugs were divided into 5 clusters by cluster analysis.Conclusion In"Ancient and Modern Famous Doctors Clinical Evidence·Diarrhea Volume",the famous doctors in the past dynasties used the methods of drying dampness and resolving phlegm,tonifying Qi and invigorating spleen,warming the middle and dispersing cold,clearing heat and detoxifying to treat diarrhea.They often used Shenling Baizhu Powder,Xianglian Pill,Tongxie Prescription,Ganjiang Lingshu Decoction,Lizhong Pill,Sijunzi Decoction,Shengyang Yiwei Decoction and so on.
