摘　　要：目的探讨基于赋能理论的心理干预在意外创伤骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年8月入院的110例意外创伤骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组55例。对照组中途转院1例,试验组中途转院1例,中途退出1例,本研究最终纳入患者107例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予基于赋能理论的心理干预。比较两组患者干预前、后的创伤后成长量表总分、反刍性沉思量表总分。结果干预后,试验组的创伤后成长量表总分、反刍性沉思量表总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于赋能理论的心理干预可提高意外创伤骨折患者创伤后成长水平、反刍性沉思水平,促进患者身心康复。Objective To explore the application effect of psychological intervention based on empowerment theory in patients with accidental traumatic fracture.Methods A total of 110 patients with accidental traumatic fracture admitted from June 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.In the control group,1 case was transferred halfway to other hospital,and in the experimental group,1 case was transferred halfway to other hospital and 1 case was withdrawn halfway.A total of 107 patients were eventually included in this study.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given psychological intervention based on empowerment theory on the basis of the control group.The total scores of post-traumatic growth scale and ruminant meditation scale before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the total scores of post-traumatic growth scale and ruminant meditation scale in experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention based on the empowerment theory can improve the levels of post-traumatic growth and ruminant meditation of patients with accidental traumatic fracture,and promote physical and mental rehabilitation of patients.
