摘　　要：目的探讨基于家庭赋权的护理干预结合个体化饮食结构调整在尿毒症维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将80例尿毒症维持性血液透析患者分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用基于家庭赋权的护理干预结合个体化饮食结构调整。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平均高于对照组,心境状态量表(POMS)各维度评分均优于对照组,生理机能(PF)、精力(VT)、社会功能(SF)及精神健康(MH)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于家庭赋权的护理干预结合个体化饮食结构调整可调节尿毒症维持性血液透析患者营养状态及心境状态,还能改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with individualized dietary structure adjustment in uraemia patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Eighty uraemia patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with individualized dietary structure adjustment on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and serum ferritin(SF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of all dimensions of Profile of Mood States(POMS)were better than those in the control group,and the scores of Physical Functioning(PF),Vitality(VT),Social Functioning(SF)and Mental Health(MH)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with individualized dietary structure adjustment can regulate the nutritional and mood status of uraemia patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,and also improve quality of life.
