摘  要:为了提高对甲苯磺酸三氟乙酯的收率,本研究主要对其合成工艺进行优化,通过对甲苯磺酰氯和三氟乙醇的投料比、液碱滴加速率、静置时间的优化,有效提高酯的收率,最后考察试验的稳定性。得到以下结果:三氟乙醇和对甲苯磺酰氯的质量比为0.56,液碱的滴加速率为0.77 kg/min,最优静置时间为2 h,产品收率大于95%,水分含量小于0.2%。In order to improve the yield of trifluoroethyl toluenesulfonate,the synthesis process was mainly optimized,and the feeding ratio,liquid alkali drop acceleration rate and standing time of p-toluenesulfonyl chloride and trifluoroethanol were optimized to effectively improve the ester yield,and finally the stability of the test was investigated.The following results were obtained:the mass ratio of trifluoroethanol and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride was 0.56,the drop acceleration rate of liquid alkali was 0.77 kg/min,the optimal standing time was 2 h,the product yield was greater than 95%,and the moisture content was less than 0.2%.
