摘 要:维生素K3作为一类抗出血药物,主要应用于医药及饲料添加剂,具有广阔的市场前景。不同于天然维生素K1和K2,维生素K3需要人工合成,其主体形式是2-甲基-1,4-萘醌或者2-甲基-1,4-萘醌与亚硫酸氢钠的加成物,因此2-甲基-1,4-萘醌的合成方法一直备受关注。本文对2-甲基-1,4-萘醌的合成路线进行综述及初步分析,并展望未来合成工艺的改进方向。As a kind of antihemorrhagic drug,Vitamin K3 is mainly used in pharmaceuticals and feed addition which has broad market demand.Different from the natural Vitamin K1 and K2,Vitamin K3 needs to be synthesized artificially,and its main form is 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone or the adduct of 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone and sodium bisulfite.Therefore,the synthetic methods of 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone has always drawn much attention.This paper summarizes the reported synthetic routes of 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone and preliminarily analyzed,and the future synthetic process was prospected.
