摘　　要：The Two Sessions have come to a close, but China has continued on along the road that has been planned. The year 2023 is the first year in which the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress is comprehensively implemented and thus holds great significance. There are discussions about how to cope with new challenges on this new journey for China, as well as new institutional reforms and the change in leading administration teams.
