补肾养血法在不明原因复发性流产中的应用探析

摘　　要：不明原因复发性流产属中医学“滑胎”范畴,目前病因不明,主要与免疫失衡相关,该病以肾虚不固和气血亏虚为基本病机,在此基础上可兼有脾虚、血瘀、血热,以致冲任受损,胎元不固,屡孕屡堕。目前临床对于不明原因复发性流产尚无标准的治疗方案,中医通过辨证论治以补肾养血为基本原则,同时针对脾虚、血瘀、血热等不同兼证施治,能有效提高不明原因复发性流产的妊娠成功率,恢复母胎免疫平衡。Unexplained recurrent abortion is classified as“slippery fetus”in the TCM.At present,the etiology is unknown,which is mainly related to immune imbalance.The basic pathogenesis of the disease is deficiency of the kidney and qi-blood deficiency.On this basis,it can have both spleen deficiency,blood stasis and blood heat.As a result,the Thoroughfare Vessel and Conception Vessel would be damaged,the fetus would not be solid,and the pregnancy would fail repeatedly.At present,there is no standard treatment plan for unexplained recurrent abortion in clinic.TCM can effectively improve the pregnancy success rate of unexplained recurrent abortion and restore maternal-fetal immune balance by invigorating kidney and nourishing blood as the basic principle and simultaneously treating spleen deficiency,blood stasis and blood heat according to different syndromes.
