摘　　要：目的挖掘金代医家张子和《儒门事亲》中治疗咳嗽的用药规律,为拓宽咳嗽的临床证治思路提供参考。方法以《儒门事亲》中治疗咳嗽的方剂和医案为研究对象,建立数据库,使用R4.0.0软件对数据进行频次统计、关联规则及聚类分析。结果共纳入方剂75首,涉及药物106味,累计用药频次470次,以补虚类、清热类、泻下类药物使用最多,常用药物为大黄、甘草、人参。药性以寒、温、平为主;药味以苦、辛、甘为主;归经分布以脾经、肺经、胃经为主;基于Apriori算法挖掘得到当归-甘草、大黄-白芍等26条关联规则,聚类分析得到黄柏-大黄-牵牛子、白矾-干姜等5首聚类方。结论张子和辨治咳嗽用药主张寒温并用、攻补兼施,辛开苦降、注重调畅气机,脾肺同治,以祛痰止咳、理气降逆为基础治法,根据病邪不同兼以泻下通腑、温肺化饮、疏风清热、培土生金等,并善用吐剂、注重调摄,其辨治咳嗽的用药规律及学术思想对指导临床实践具有重要意义。Objective To explore the prescription law for treating cough in Ru Men Shi Qin by TCM doctor Zhang Zihe in the Jin Dynasty and provide reference for broadening the clinical treatment of cough.Methods The prescriptions and medical records for treating cough in Ru Men Shi Qin were taken as the research object to establish the database.R4.0.0 software was used for frequency statistics,association rules and cluster analysis of data.Results Totally 75 prescriptions were included,involving 106 types of Chinese materia medica,with a total frequency of 470 times.The drugs used for tonifying deficiency,clearing heat and purgation were the most commonly used drugs,including Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma.The four properties were mainly cold,warm and mild.The five flavors were mainly bitter,pungent and sweet.The main meridians were spleen meridian,lung meridian,and stomach meridian.Based on Apriori algorithm,26 association rules were obtained,such as Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Paeoniae Radix alba.The clustering analysis obtained five clustering prescriptions including Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex-Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Pharbitidis Semen,and Alumen-Zingiberis Rhizoma.Conclusion Zhang Zihe differentiated and treated cough by combining cold and warm with simultaneous elimination and reinforcement,focusing on herbs acrid in flavor for dispersing and herbs bitter in flavor for descending,regulating the flow of qi,and treating spleen and lung at the same time.The basic treatments are eliminating phlegm and relieving cough,regulating the flow of qi and bringing adversely risen qi downward,and according to the difference of disease and pathogens,he also used the methods of purgation to remove internal heat,warming lung to remove retained morbid fluid,dissipating wind to clear heat,building up spleen to generate lung,and made good use of emetic and paying attention to regulating digestion.The medication law and academic thoughts diffe
