近30年《中国中医古籍总目》收录脉诊医籍文献计量分析  

Bibliometric Analysis on Medical Books on Pulse Diagnosis Collected in Zhong Guo Zhong Yi Gu Ji Zong Mu in the Past 30 Years

摘　　要：目的以《中国中医古籍总目》收录的中医脉诊医籍为研究范围,梳理近30年与脉诊医籍相关的文献研究,并对研究结果进行分析和综述。方法通过Excel进行脉诊医籍研究数量统计,基于CiteSpace6.1.R3进行作者、机构、关键词分析。结果在332种脉诊医籍中,学者挖掘研究的医籍62种,其中1911年以前(含1911年)的脉诊古籍有50种,研究1912-1949年的脉诊医籍有12种;未有相关研究古籍270种。主要的研究作者有滕晶、孙冰、张丽等;主要的研究机构有山东中医药大学、南京中医药大学。脉诊医籍领域的研究热点主要围绕王叔和《脉经》、李延昰《脉诀汇辨》、李时珍《濒湖脉学》、郭元峰《脉如》、黄宫绣《脉理求真》、周学霆《三指禅》、余显廷《脉理存真》、周学海《周氏脉学四种》展开。结论建议医学生学习《濒湖脉学》和《三指禅》等脉学专书;建议研究者学习《脉经》;建议临床从业者学习《脉诀汇辨》等清代之后的脉诊古籍。Objective To sort out the literature research related to medical books on pulse diagnosis in the past 30 years;To analyze and review the research results by taking the medical books on pulse diagnosis collected in Zhong Guo Zhong Yi Gu Ji Zong Mu as the research scope.Methods Excel was used to count the number of studies on medical books on pulse diagnosis,and the author,institution,and keywords were analyzed based on CiteSpace 6.1.R3.Results Among the 332 medical books on pulse diagnosis,scholars excavated and studied 62 medical books,including 50 ancient books on pulse diagnosis before 1911(including 1911),and 12 medical books on pulse diagnosis from 1912 to 1949,and 270 ancient books without relevant research.The main research authors were Teng Jing,Sun Bing,Zhang Li,etc.;the main research institutions were Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The research hotspots in the field of medical books on pulse diagnosis mainly focused on Wang Shuhe’s Mai Jing,Li Yanshi’s Mai Jue Hui Bian,Li Shizhen’s Bin Hu Mai Xue,Guo Yuanfeng’s Mai Ru,Huang Gongxiu’s Mai Li Qiu Zhen,Zhou Xueting’s San Zhi Chan,Yu Xianting’s Mai Li Cun Zhen,and Zhou Xuehai’s Zhou’s Mai Xue Si Zhong.Conclusion Medical students are recommended to study professional books on pulse such as Bin Hu Mai Xue and San Zhi Chan;researchers are recommended to study Mai Jing;clinical practitioners are recommended to study Mai Jue Hui Bian and other ancient books on pulse diagnosis after the Qing Dynasty.
