基于科学知识图谱的五味子研究进展与前沿分析

摘　　要：目的通过科学知识图谱分析五味子的研究热点与前沿方向。方法检索1992年1月1日-2022年8月31日中国知网(CNKI)及Web of Science发表的五味子相关文献,运用CiteSpace5.8.R3可视化软件和文献计量学方法,绘制五味子研究的作者、合作机构、关键词聚类及突现词时间分布的科学知识图谱,梳理中外五味子相关研究演化进程、研究热点与前沿方向。结果纳入中文文献2289篇,英文文献1161篇。该领域的中、英文发文量均经阶段性增加后趋于稳定。五味子研究中、英文发文量最多的作者分别为陈建光和Sun Handong;中、英文发文量最多的机构分别为江西中医药大学研究生院和中国科学院,中国是五味子研究最多的国家。五味子研究涉及临床研究和实验研究,早期以化学成分鉴定和抗病毒活性作用机制为主,近年来主要涉及神经退行性疾病、溃疡性结肠炎、肝损伤、缺血性脑损伤、抗肿瘤的作用机制研究。结论五味子有效成分的抗炎、抗氧化应激和细胞凋亡等信号转导通路的调控机制是近年持续的研究热点及研究趋势。Objective To analyze the current hotspots and frontal direction of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus through scientific knowledge graph.Methods Literature about Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus was retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science from January 1,1992 to August 31,2022.CiteSpace5.8.R3 visualization software and bibliometric methods were used to draw a scientific knowledge graph of the authors,cooperative institutions,keyword clustering and temporal distribution of the prominent words of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus.The evolution process,research hotspots and frontier directions of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus related research at home and abroad were sorted out.Results Totally 2289 Chinese articles and 1161 English articles were included in this study.The number of Chinese and English publications in this field has stabilized after a periodical increase.Chen Jianguang and Sun Handong were the authors with the largest number of Chinese and English papers in Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus study.The Graduate School of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chinese Academy of Sciences were the institutions with most published Chinese and English articles,and China was the country with the most research on Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus.Schisandra research involved clinical and experimental studies.In the early stage,it mainly focused on the identification of chemical components and the mechanism of antiviral activity.In recent years,it mainly focused on the mechanism of neurodegenerative diseases,ulcerative colitis,liver injury,ischemic brain injury,and anti-tumor.Conclusion The regulation mechanism of antiinflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,apoptosis and related signal transduction pathways of the active components of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus has been a continuous research hotspot and trend in recent years.
