新时代中医药期刊编辑职业素养探析

摘　　要：中医药期刊是中医药研究成果传播的载体和手段,期刊编辑的职业素养关系到期刊质量及中医药学术理论和科研成果的传播和交流。编辑工作是出版流程中的重要一环,新时代对编辑观念、知识与技能等提出了更高要求。本文分析中医药期刊编辑出版工作现状,并对中医药期刊编辑职业素养提出几点建议,希望能更好地发挥编辑在出版工作中的作用,为期刊发展和质量提升提供思路。TCM journals are the carrier and means of disseminating research achievements in TCM.The professional literacy of journal editors is related to the quality of journals and the dissemination and communication of academic theories and research achievements in TCM.Editing work is an important part of the publishing process,and the new era has put forward higher requirements for editing concepts,knowledge,and skills.This article analyzed the current situation of the editing and publishing work of TCM journals,and put forward several suggestions for the professional literacy of TCM journal editors,hoping that editors could better play their role in publishing work and provide ideas for the development and quality improvement of the TCM journals.
