摘　　要：升阳散火汤源于李杲《脾胃论》,能体现《脾胃论》甘温除热的代表思想。谢军教授临床治疗内科杂病时重视运用李杲的思想。文章总结了谢军教授对于升阳散火汤的使用心得。作为“火郁发之”的代表方剂,升阳散火汤与其他甘温除热的代表方剂相区别,在痞满、口腔溃疡、慢性疲劳等方面有诸多应用。Derived from Li Gao’s Pi Wei Lun,Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction can embody the representative idea of“relieving fever with sweet-warm Chinese materia medica”.Professor Xie Jun attaches great importance to the application of Li Gao’s thoughts when treating internal miscellaneous in clinical practice.This article summarized Professor Xie Jun’s experience in applying Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction.As a representative prescription of“resolving the fire stagnation”,Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction,different from other representative prescriptions for relieving fever with sweet-warm Chinese materia medica,has many applications in stuffiness and fullness,oral ulcer,chronic fatigue syndrome and other aspects.
