基于“阳化气,阴成形”论温阳通络法在糖尿病周围神经病变的应用

摘　　要：基于《黄帝内经》“阳化气,阴成形”理论,探讨糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的中医病因病机及治疗原则。DPN乃“阳化气”不足及“阴成形”太过所致,具体病机为阳虚气化不利、寒湿痰瘀阻络,治疗以温阳通络法为主,提出温阳化气、脾肾为要,以及多法通络、因证而施的治疗思路。Based on the theory of“yang transforms into qi,while yin constitutes form”in the Huang Di Nei Jing,this article explored the TCM etiology and treatment principles of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.DPN is caused by which“yang transforms into qi”insufficiently and“yin constitutes form”excessively,and the pathogenesis is the yang deficiency and failure of qi transformation,and collaterals obstructed by cold-dampness phlegm and stasis.Therefore,the treatment should mainly be the method of warming yang and activating collaterals,and the treatment principle of warming yang and transforming qi,attaching importance to spleen and kidney,activating collaterals and treating according to syndromes.
