《古今名医临证金鉴·心悸怔忡卷》治疗心悸病用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的总结古今名医治疗心悸病方药规律,为临床治疗心悸病提供参考。方法查找《古今名医临证金鉴·心悸怔忡卷》历代医家治疗心悸怔忡的有效经验方,采用Excel2013建立处方用药数据库,采用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 23.0、Cytoscape3.7.2软件进行用药频次分析、药物属性分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析、复杂网络分析,研究治疗心悸病的用药规律。结果共纳入207首处方,涉及中药275味(含建曲、沉香曲、半夏曲、神曲、六曲5味曲制类中药),用频次≥27的中药共20味,主要有当归、炙甘草、麦冬、生地黄、炒酸枣仁等,药性以寒、温、平为主,药味以甘、苦、辛、咸为主,归经以五脏为主,功效类别频次前5类依次为补虚药、清热药、安神药、活血化瘀药、解表药,关联规则分析提示“生地黄-麦冬”“桂枝-炙甘草”“麦冬-五味子”“当归-生地黄”“当归-炙甘草”为常用药对。结论《古今名医临证金鉴·心悸怔忡卷》历代医家治疗心悸病用药以育阴清热、养血安神为主,可为临床遣方用药提供依据。Objective To summarize the prescription law of ancient and modern famous doctors for the treatment of palpitation;To provide reference for clinical treatment of palpitation.Methods Effective experienced prescriptions of the ancient and modern famous doctors for the treatment of palpitation by searching Gu Jin Ming Yi Lin Zheng Jin Jian·Xin Ji Zheng Chong Juan.Excel 2013 was used to establish prescription medication database.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,SPSS Statistics 23.0 and Cytoscape 3.7.2 software were used to perform for medication frequency analysis,medicine attribute analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis,to analyze the medication law for the treatment of palpitation.Results Totally 207 prescriptions were included,involving 275 types of Chinese materia medica,with 5 types of fermentation Chinese materia medica,such as Jianqu,Chenxiangqu,Banxiaqu,Shenqu,and Liuqu.20 types of Chinese materia medica were with the frequency≥27,including Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle,Ophiopogonis Radix,Rehmannize Radix,Ziziphi Spinosae Semen.The properties were mainly cold,warm and mild;the tastes were mainly bitter,sweet,pungent and salty;the meridians were mainly meridians in five zang-organs.The top 5 efficacy was tonifying deficiency medicine,clearing heat medicine,soothing mind medicine,activate blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and exterior-releasing medicine.Association rule analysis showed that“Rehmanniae Radix-Ophiopogonis Radix”,“Cinnamomi Ramulus-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle”,“Ophiopogonis Radix-Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus”,“Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Rehmanniae Radix”,and“Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle”were the common medicinal pairs.Conclusion This study preliminarily obtains the medication law and characteristics of famous doctors in ancient and modern times in treating palpitations in Gu Jin Ming Yi Lin Zheng Jin Jian·Xin Ji Zheng Chong
