摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是多类心血管疾病的终末阶段,也是临床治疗的重点与难点。中西医结合治疗一定程度降低了病死率,获得广泛关注。代谢组学具定量分析数据优势,近年来在心血管系统的病理生理机制研究方面取得了显著成果,也逐渐应用于中医药研究领域。心力衰竭中医证型的代谢组学研究有助于寻找新的生物标志物,从而更好理解心力衰竭病程中的代谢变化。本文就代谢组学在心力衰竭中医证型研究中的应用情况作一综述。Chronic heart failure is the terminal stage of many cardiovascular diseases,which is also a clinical focus and difficulty.The integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine has reduced the fatality rate to a certain extent and has received extensive attention.Metabonomics has the advantage of quantitative analysis of data.In recent years,it has made remarkable achievements in the research of pathophysiological mechanism of cardiovascular system,and has gradually been applied in the field of TCM.Metabolomics studies on TCM syndromes of heart failure have contributed to searching for new biomarkers and to better understand the metabolic changes that occur in heart failure.This article reviewed the application of metabolomics in TCM syndromes of heart failure.
