五苓散加味治疗湿热蕴脾型酒精性肝病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察五苓散加味治疗湿热蕴脾型酒精性肝病的临床疗效。方法:将90例湿热蕴脾型酒精性肝病患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各45例。对照组给予注射用谷胱甘肽联合肌苷注射液治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予五苓散加味。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、肝功能指标、血脂指标及生活质量评分变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后各项肝功能指标低于本组治疗前,且治疗后试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后三酰甘油、血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白低于本组治疗前,高密度脂蛋白高于本组治疗前,且治疗后组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后各项生活质量评分高于本组治疗前,且治疗后试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五苓散加味治疗湿热蕴脾型酒精性肝病,可改善患者的临床症状、肝功能指标,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Supplemented Five Substances Powder with Poria on alcoholic liver disease with dampness-heat accumulation in the spleen syndrome.Methods:A total of 90 patients with alcoholic liver disease having dampness-heat accumulation in the spleen syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with injection of glutathione combined with inosine injection,while the experimental group was treated with Supplemented Five Substances Powder with Poria on the basis of the control group.Then the the changes of TCM syndrome scores,liver function indexes,blood lipid indexes,and quality of life scores between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the experimental group's were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The liver function indexes of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the experimental group's were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Triacylglycerol,serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein in the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,while high-density lipoprotein was higher than that before treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Each of the quality of life scores of the two groups was higher than that of the same group before treatment,and the experimental group's was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Five Substances Powder with Poria can improve the clinical symptoms,liver function indicators,and quality of life of patients with alcoholic liver disease having dampness-heat accumulation in the spleen syndrome.
