炙甘草汤加味治疗心律失常临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察炙甘草汤加减治疗心脾两虚型心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将98例心律失常患者按照随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组,每组各49例。常规组给予归脾汤加减,试验组给予炙甘草汤加味治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后临床症状评分、心律失常指标、左心室功能指标变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后临床症状积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后试验组低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后室性期前收缩、房性期前收缩、交界性期前收缩次数低于本组治疗前,且治疗后试验组低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径均低于本组治疗前,左心室射血分数、每搏输出量高于本组治疗前,治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组有效率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炙甘草汤加味治疗心律失常,能够改善患者临床症状及增强心肌功能,且不良反应较低。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Supplemented Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction on arrhythmia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 98 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Modified Spleen-Restoring Decoction,while the experimental group was treated with Supplemented Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction.Then the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and changes of clinical symptom scores,arrhythmia indexes,and left ventricular function indexes before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the experimental group's were lower than those of the conventional group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The number of ventricular premature contractions,atrial premature contractions,and junctional premature contractions in the two groups of patients was lower than that of the same group before treatment,and the experimental group's was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,while the left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke volume were higher than those of the same group before treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction can improve cli
