仰头推正法结合热敏灸治疗颈型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察仰头推正法结合热敏灸治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60例颈型颈椎病患者随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规推拿及艾灸治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予仰头推正法结合热敏灸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、视觉模拟评估量表(visualanalogue scale,VAS)评分、Northwick Park颈痛量表(Northwick Park Pain questionnaire,NPQ)评分及颈椎活动度情况。结果:研究组有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后VAS评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后NPQ评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后各项颈椎活动度大于本组治疗前,且治疗后研究组大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:仰头推正法结合热敏灸治疗颈型颈椎病,可明显缓解患者的疼痛程度,改善颈椎活动度。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of method of upward-pushing head for reduction combined with heat sensitive moxibustion on cervical spondylopathy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine massage and moxibustion,while the study group was treated with method of upward-pushing head for reduction combined with heat sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Then the clinical efficacy,visual analog scale(VAS)score,Northwick Park neck pain questionnaire(NPQ)score,and cervical range of motion between two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that of the same group before treatment,and the study group's was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The NPQ score of the two groups were lower than that of the same group before treatment,and the study group's was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The cervical spine mobility of the two groups of patients was greater than that of the same group before treatment,and the study group's was greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of cervical spondylosis,method of upward-pushing head for reduction combined with heat sensitive moxibustion can significantly alleviate the patient's pain degree and improve cervical mobility.
