摘　　要：针刺留针的时间长短对疾病的疗效有着直接的关系,早在《黄帝内经》时期就意识到,留针时间的长短是疗效保证不可忽略的环节。穴位埋线疗法是在传统针灸医学的基础上发展而来的新疗法,对痛症、肥胖症、胃肠疾病、妇科疾病、肺系疾病、失眠等病证具有较好的疗效。目前,临床上主要运用的埋线疗法操作为简易埋线法,即注射针头埋线法,这种“推针芯,退针管”的操作方式降低了埋线的成功率,增加了耗时和耗材,同时也增加了不必要的针刺次数,无形中给患者和医者造成了心理负担。线体对折埋线法充分发挥了新型埋线材料的优势,巧妙跳过了“推针芯,退针管”的操作过程,节约埋线时间的同时,降低了人力资本的消耗,提高了埋入线体的成功率,缓解了患者因卡线而不得不再次针刺的压力,增加了患者的依从性。线体对折埋线法是针刺技术的创新延伸,是在中医基础理论和经络腧穴学“道”的基础上,“术”层面上的不断进化和精确的飞跃。中医的“术”的层面涉及舌诊、脉诊、中药材的种植技术、中药饮片的古法炮制、膏方的制作、中成药各种剂型的制作等,以及传统中医各种疗法如针刺、艾灸、火针、埋线的操作,“术”的传承和教授不仅仅需要扎实的理论基础,更需要面对面、手把手、身临其境、全方位感知和学习。所以“术”的学习需要跨越时间和空间的障碍,需要参与其中,反复实践。中医界是否可以利用新的信息技术,利用AR、VR技术,将学者置身于“实在”的场景中,调动五官五感,全方位学习中医的“术”,也使得“术”的保存和传播摒弃扁平化、平面化的缺点,最终建立中医“术”的权威数据平台。The duration of needle retention during acupuncture has a direct relationship with the therapeutic effect of diseases.As early as the period of the Huangdi Internal Classic,it was realized that the duration of needle retention is an indispensable link in ensuring therapeutic effect.Acupoint catgut embedding therapy is a new therapy developed on the basis of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion medicine.It has a good effect on pain,obesity,gastrointestinal diseases,gynecological diseases,pulmonary diseases,insomnia and other diseases.At present,the main operation of acupoint catgut embedding therapy in clinical practice is the simple catgut embedding therapy,which is the injection needle thread-embedding method.This"pushing the needle core and withdrawing the needle tube"operation method reduces the success rate of thread embedding,increases time and consumables,and also increases the number of unnecessary needling,invisibly causing psychological burden to patients and doctors.The thread body folding embedding method fully utilizes the advantages of a new type of embedding material,cleverly bypasses the operation process of"pushing the needle core and withdrawing the needle tube",saves embedding time,reduces human capital consumption,improves the success rate of embedding the thread body,alleviates the pressure on patients who will avoid needling again due to thread sticking,and increases their compliance.The thread body folding embedding method is an innovative extension of acupuncture technology,which is a continuous evolution and precise leap at the level of"techniques"based on the basic theories of TCM and the"principle"of meridians and acupoints.The level of"techniques"of TCM involves tongue diagnosis,pulse diagnosis,planting technology of Chinese medicinals,ancient processing of Chinese medicine decoction pieces,making of ointment,making of various dosage forms of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations,etc.,as well as the operation of various TCM therapies such as acupuncture,moxibus
