摘　　要：腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)是导致腰腿痛的常见腰椎病的病因之一。目前LSS的治疗方法众多,手术是LSS患者首选的治疗方法,但在手术指征和时机的把握、预后的判断尚缺乏确切依据。中医药治疗是LSS保守治疗的重要方法之一,尤其对轻、中度狭窄的患者有显著疗效。中西医治疗各有利弊,对于如何将中西医治疗结合尚缺少指导性意见,难以形成有循证医学证据支持的诊疗方案。因此本共识综合了中西医相关领域专家的意见,充分发挥中西医各自的优势,形成了LSS的中西医结合诊断和治疗的推荐意见,希望能为同道临床诊疗时提供参考。Lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)is one of the common lumbar diseases to cause lumbar and leg pain.At present,there are many treatment methods for LSS,and surgery is the first choice.However,there is still a lack of an accurate basis for grasping the indications and timing of surgery and judging the prognosis.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment is an important method for conservative treatment of LSS,especially for mild and moderate stenosis.There are advantages and disadvantages of TCM and modern medicine in the treatment.There is still a lack of guidance on how to combine TCM and modern medicine,and it is difficult to form a diagnosis and treatment protocol supported by evidence-based medicine.Therefore,this consensus integrates the opinions of experts in the relevant fields of TCM and modern medicine,gives full play to the advantages of TCM and modern medicine,and forms the recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of LSS with integrated traditional Chinese and modern medicine,hoping to provide references for colleagues in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
