六味地黄丸治疗肝肾阴亏型帕金森病相关辨证论治的研究进展

摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)又称震颤麻痹,是中枢神经系统第二大变性疾病,由于PD需要终身管理,治疗、康复和护理费用高昂,已经造成了严重的社会经济负担。PD在中医学中归为“颤证”范畴。肝肾阴亏为PD主要病机。经典补阴方剂六味地黄丸具有滋补肝肾阴液之功效,现代研究认为此方具有抗氧化和抗衰老作用,并有调节免疫功能的作用。六味地黄丸治疗PD可延缓病情,减少西药用量,且不良反应小。现对近年来使用六味地黄丸治疗肝肾阴亏型PD患者的疗效评价进行综述,为其治疗PD提供理论依据。Parkinson′s disease(PD)is the second largest degenerative disease of the central nervous system.Since PD requires lifelong management,the high costs of treatment,rehabilitation,and nursing have caused heavy social and economic burden.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,PD is a tremor syndrome with the main pathogenesis of liver-kidney yin deficiency.Liuwei Dihuang Pills,a classic yin tonic,has the effect of nourishing yin and liquid in the liver and kidney.Modern research suggests that this prescription has antioxidant,anti-aging,and immunomodulatory effects.Liuwei Dihuang Pills can delay the disease procession and reduce the dosage of western medicine in the treatment of PD with mild side effects.This review summarized the efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang Pills in the treatment of PD with the syndrome of liver-kidney yin deficiency,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of PD.
