摘　　要：Omega-3多不饱和脂肪酸(omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,ω-3 PUFA)的有效成分包括二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸,具有抗炎、抗氧化和免疫调节的作用。研究表明,饮食中补充ω-3PUFA对急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病和肺癌等多种肺部疾病具有预防和治疗作用。因此,本文就ω-3PUFA在肺部疾病中的作用及其机制的最新研究进展进行综述,以期为ω-3 PUFA在呼吸系统的广泛应用提供参考。Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(ω-3 PUFA)have anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and immunomodulatory effects,the active ingredients of which include eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid.Studies have shown that supplementing the diet withω-3 PUFA has preventive and therapeutic effects on a variety of lung diseases,including acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome,asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and lung cancer.Therefore,this article reviews the latest research progress on the effects and mechanisms ofω-3 PUFA on lung diseases,in order to provide a reference for the treatment of respiratory system diseases.
