摘　　要：目的:设计医用重点高值耗材监测预警方案,利用信息化和大数据技术实现精准预警,以提升管理效能。方法:基于医院数据中心汇聚的医疗及患者数据,形成重点高值耗材专题数据库,构建监测预警指标体系和预测模型,合理设置临界点进行预警。结果:实现高值耗材用量、使用趋势、医生对比等统计指标的可视化,可以对同一类耗材的不同品规按金额百分比和用量百分比实现同比和环比预警。结论:基于临床数据中心的医用重点高值耗材监测预警系统可以提升重点医用高值耗材管理的精准化和智能化水平,助力医院高质量发展。Objective To design a monitoring and early warning scheme for key high-value medical consumables,which can achieve accurate early warning by using information and big data technology,so as to improve management efficiency.Methods Based on medical and patient data collected from hospital data center,a special database of key high-value consumables was established,a monitoring and early warning indicator system and a prediction model was built,and a critical point for early warning was reasonably set.Results By visualizing the consumption of high-value consumables,usage trend,doctor comparison and other statistical indicators,year-on-year and month-on-month early warning for different products of the same category of consumables by percentage of amount and consumption can be realized.Conclusion The monitoring and early warning system of key high-value medical consumables based on clinical data repository can improve the precision and intelligent level of the management,so as to facilitate the high quality development of hospitals.
