摘　　要：目的:针对目前老年病科综合管理模式的弊端,探索一个适合老年人的综合管理体系。方法:在文献分析法、专家会议法的基础上,运用信息化手段并引入移动互联网技术,建立基于CGA模式的老年综合管理系统。结果:系统上线以来,老年综合管理工作实现了不同应用场景下标准化、流程化、移动化、专业化,提升了医务人员的工作效率和质量,并提高了老年患者满意度。结论:基于CGA模式的老年综合管理系统有助于优化医院的老年病科医疗质量,为老年患者和医务人员提供更多帮助。Objective Aiming at addressing the disadvantages of the current comprehensive management mode of geriatrics department,to explore a comprehensive management system suitable for the elderly.Methods On the basis of literature analysis and expert meeting method,the comprehensive geriatric management system for the aged based on CGA model was established by using information means and introducing mobile Internet technology.Results Since the launch of the system,the comprehensive geriatric management has achieved standardization,process,mobility and specialization under different application scenarios.It improves not only the efficiency and quality of medical staff,but also the satisfaction of elderly patients.Conclusion The comprehensive geriatric management system based on CGA model is helpful to optimize the medical quality of geriatrics department in hospitals and provides more help for elderly patients and medical staff.
