摘 要:针对碳酸盐岩油藏经过长期注水开发后波及效率降低、水窜严重、提高采收率效果差的难题,提出利用流道调整配合注水开发的方法,研发耐温耐盐聚合物凝胶调堵体系,考察其在高温高盐油藏条件下的应用性能。根据油藏条件及剩余油情况分析耐温耐盐聚合物整体调堵可行性。结果表明:体系耐温可达140℃,耐盐2.36×10^(5) mg/L,岩心封堵率为95.21%;采用“两头封堵”(即注水井与采油井同步作业)措施后,含水率由100%下降至50%;施工前、后相同生产时间累积增油800 t,平均日增油5.5 t。In view of the problems of low sweep efficiency,serious water channeling,and poor recovery during enhanced oil recovery schemes in carbonate reservoirs after long-term water injection programs,a method of flow channeling coupled with water injection scheme was proposed.A high-temperature and high-salt resistant polymer gel system was developed to plug high permeable zones,whose performance under these extreme conditions has been investigated.And the feasibility of the overall plugging of the temperature and salt resistant polymer was analyzed according to the reservoir conditions and the remaining oil.The results show that the temperature resistance of the system can reach 140℃,the salt resistance is 2.36×10^(5) mg/L,and the core plugging rate is 95.21%.After adopting the measure of"two ends plugging"(i.e.,simultaneous injection and production),the water cut is reduced by 50%resulting in an oil increase of 800 t with an average daily oil production increase of 5.5 t.
