摘 要:半导体产业作为大国博弈的重要利器,深刻影响着各国在全球经济一体化和数字化竞争中所处的地位。本文基于半导体产业全球格局演变的历史经验与主要特征,指出半导体产业遵循正向和反向的双螺旋创新突围逻辑。虽然中国半导体产业拥有庞大内需市场、扶持力度空前加强、半导体技术与资本深度融合以及企业实力显著增强,但也面临着尚未形成正向和反向突围路径、人才基础相对薄弱、高端领军企业不足以及技术性贸易壁垒等障碍。因此,中国半导体产业突围应当以超大市场需求的比较优势完善半导体产业链供应链体系、以突破关键核心技术强化半导体产业科技创新能力、以开放包容的姿态构建半导体产业发展竞合新格局,推动中国半导体产业发展行稳致远。As an important instrument of major-country rivalry,the semiconductor industry profoundly affects the positions of various countries in the global economic integration and digital competition.Based on the historical experience and main features of the changing global contours of the semiconductor industry,this paper provides that the semiconductor industry follows a double helix innovation breakthrough logic in forward and reverse directions.The China's semiconductor industry features a huge domestic demand,unprecedented support,deep integration of semiconductor technology and capital,and enhanced corporate strength.However,it also faces obstacles such as the lack of forward and reverse breakthrough paths,relatively weak talent pool,shortage of leading high-end enterprises,and technical trade barriers.Therefore,breakthroughs should be made in following ways for the steady development of China's semiconductor industry.That is,improving industrial and supply chains via enormous market demand,strengthening innovation capabilities through breakthroughs in core technologies in key fields,and fostering a new development pattern of the industry featuring opening-up and inclusive co-opetition.
