疫情防控常态化背景下冰雪运动推广的社会时空机制研究

摘　　要：为了进一步落实习近平总书记提出的“三亿人参与冰雪”的号召,加大冰雪运动推广力度,依托时空社会学理论,对疫情防控常态化背景下冰雪运动的推广机制进行研究。从时空转变、时空需求、时空创新视角剖析疫情防控常态化背景下冰雪运动推广的变化,指出当前冰雪运动推广的社会时空发展困境:时空压缩导致冰雪运动推广的社会时空缺位,时空延展促使冰雪运动推广的社会空间二元化。运用时空社会学理论,梳理当前社会时空中冰雪运动推广机制的构建理据,建立我国特色的冰雪运动推广社会时空机制。在冰雪生命时空、冰雪物理时空及狭义冰雪社会时空,阐述冰雪运动的社会时空内涵关联,提出疫情防控常态化背景下的冰雪运动推广社会时空的优化策略。In order to further implement the call of "300 million people participating in winter sports" put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping,the promotion of winter sports has been intensified.Based on the spatio-temporal sociology theory,the promotion mechanism of winter sports under the background of epidemic prevention and control is studied.From the perspective of spatio-temporal change,spatio-temporal demand and spatio-temporal innovation,this paper analyzes the changes of the promotion of winter sports in the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,and points out the predicament of the current social and spatio-temporal development of the promotion of winter sports:the spatio-temporal compression leads to the absence of the social space of the promotion of winter sports,and the spatio-temporal extension leads to the duality of the social space of the promotion of winter sports.Based on the theory of sociology of time and space,the construction rationale of the promotion mechanism of winter sports in the current social space and time is analyzed,and the social space-time mechanism of winter sports promotion with Chinese characteristics is established.In terms of winter life time,winter physical time and space,and narrow sense winter social time and space,the connotation association of winter sports is elaborated,and the optimization strategy of winter sports promotion social time and space under the background of epidemic prevention and control is put forward.
