摘　　要：以我国老龄化社会背景下对新型养老模式的迫切需求为逻辑起点,以体育促进健康养老为主线,结合美国“活跃型”养老服务社区(AARC)的建设理念、模式和内容,探究“体育+养老”的产业融合新模式,力求消解我国即将面临的老龄化社会所引发的养老问题和困惑,进而加快推进我国养老服务供给能力提升和相关产业的融合发展。通过分析美国先进养老服务理念、模式以及产业发展的经验,结合我国目前养老服务业所面临的问题,探索“体康养”型养老社区建设新思路。打造以“体育活动促进老年健康”为主体内容,以“运动休闲提升养老服务质量”为核心理念的分区化混龄综合居住管理模式,为中度老龄化阶段的养老型服务社区建设提出建议,实现和推进健康老龄化,为达成“2030健康中国”目标提供启示和参考。With the urgent need of the new pension mode under the background of the aging society as the logical starting point,and the sports as the main line to promote the health pension,and combining the concept,model and content of Active Adult Retirement Community(AARC) construction in the United States,this paper explores the new mode of industrial integration of "sports + pension",to provide solutions for the elderly care problems and puzzles caused by the aging society,and further accelerate the improvement of the elderly service supply capacity and the integration of related industries.Based on the analysis of the advanced pension service concept,model and industrial development experience in the United States,the paper explores a new idea of "health care" pension community construction based on the problems faced by Chinese pension service industry.It proposed to build a zoned mixed-age comprehensive residential management model with "physical activities to promote the health of the elderly" as the main content and "sports and leisure to improve the quality of elderly care services" as the core concept,to put forward suggestions for the construction of elderly care service communities in the stage of moderate aging,to realize and promote healthy aging,and to provide enlightenment and reference for achieving the goal of "2030 healthy China".
