摘  要:船舶建造中船体零件数控套料是船体生产设计中必不可少的工序之一,套料的正确与否直接影响着生产设计的质量,套料的周期影响着船体生产设计进度与船舶的建造进度。目前用于船体零件数控套料的软件很多,多数船厂使用Tribon系统来套料。然而,在应用Tribon系统进行船体零件数控套料时零件会产生跳板现象。本文阐述了何为零件跳板,并分析了零件跳板的原因,最后对零件跳板现象提出了解决方案。In the process of shipbuilding,the numerical control(NC)nesting for hull parts is the indispensable process for the production design of the shipbuilding.Whether Nesting is correct or not would directly affect the quality of the production design.The cycle of nesting affects the progress of hull design and ship construction.At present,there is a wide range of software available for parts nesting,and most shipyards currently use Tribon systems for nesting.But the parts are able to break away from the nesting plate in the Tribon system when the parts are nesting.This paper expounds what is the phenomenon of the parts breaking away from the nesting plate,and analyzes the reason of it,finally brings out the solution for it.
