摘 要:通过对ZnS中Cu的掺杂浓度、反应温度以及退火方式进行调控,得到最佳制备工艺参数(Cu掺杂浓度为0.15%,煅烧温度为1150℃,采用骤冷方式退火)。之后,采用非均匀成核法对高温制备出的ZnS∶Cu力致发光粉表面包覆Al_(2)O_(3),选用Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)溶液作为包覆原料,与ZnS∶Cu力致发光粉在水系条件下进行反应,得到具有最佳力致发光的包覆量(15%)。各种粉体的力致发光表征是通过与PDMS复合制备成弹性体测得。经过以上实验,最终得到力致发光效果最佳的ZnS∶Cu@Al_(2)O_(3)粉体。In this experiment,the optimal preparation process parameters(Cu doping concentration of 0.15mol%,calcination temperature of 1150℃,annealing by quenching)were obtained by adjusting the doping concentration of Cu in ZnS,reaction temperature and annealing method.After that,ZnS∶Cu mechanoluminescent powder was prepared at high temperature by non-uniform nucleation method and was coated with Al_(2)O_(3).Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3) solution was selected as the coating raw material and reacted with ZnS∶Cu mechanoluminescent powder under aqueous conditions to obtain the coating amount(15wt%)with the best mechanoluminescent.The prepared elastomers were characterized by PDMS.After the above experiments,ZnS∶Cu@Al_(2)O_(3)powder with the best mechanoluminescent effect was finally obtained.
