摘  要:根据短切碳纤维的特性,进行高能高燃速改性双基推进剂配方设计。在推进剂中加入不同规格、不同含量的碳纤维,测试推进剂的燃烧性能、力学性能、内弹道性能,研究短切碳纤维对高能高燃速推进剂性能的影响。采用吸收-压延(平辊、沟槽)-螺旋压伸的制备工艺,用靶线法、最大抗拉强度/最大延伸率法、抗压强度/压缩法和比冲推力台法,测试了推进剂性能。结果表明:碳纤维的加入能够显著地提高推进剂的燃速;随着碳纤维长度和含量增加,推进剂燃速呈递增趋势;碳纤维加入后,推进剂的抗压强度有微小幅度的改善;推进剂内弹道性能稳定,曲线平滑,平台效应依然显著。According to the characteristics of chopped carbon fiber,the formulation design of high energy and high burning rate modified double-base propellant was carried out.Different specifications and contents of carbon fibers were added into the propellant to test the combustion performance,mechanical properties and internal ballistic performance of propellants,and to study the effect of chopped carbon fiber on the performance of high energy and high burning rate propellant.Adopting absorption calendaring-spiral extrusion process,using target ling method,maximum tensile strength/maximum elongation method,compressive strength/compression method and specific thrust table method,the propellant performance was measured.The results showed the addition of carbon fiber could significantly increase the burning rate of the propellant.As carbon fiber length and content increased,the propellant burning rate increased.After the addition of carbon fiber,the compressive strength of the propellant was improved slightly.The internal ballistic performance of the propellant was stable,the curve was smooth,and the platform effect was still significant.
