摘 要:将有机蒙脱土(OMMT)混入纤维素溶液中,采用溶胶-凝胶法制得再生纤维素/有机蒙脱土(RC/OMMT)复合膜。利用扫描电镜、红外光谱和X射线衍射对RC/OMMT复合膜的形貌、结构进行表征,研究OMMT含量对RC/OMMT复合膜力学性能、疏水性、气体阻隔性和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,OMMT以剥离或插层的状态均匀分散在RC基体间,提高了复合膜的综合性能。当OMMT含量为3%时,RC/OMMT复合膜的拉伸强度、疏水性、气体阻隔性和热稳定性均得到显著提高;当OMMT含量达到4%时,复合膜的透氧系数低至1.391×10^(-17)cm^(3)·cm(/cm^(2)·s·Pa),具有优异的氧气阻隔性能。RC/OMMT复合膜在高性能绿色包装领域有较好的应用潜力。Regenerated cellulose/montmorillonite(RC/OMMT)composite films were prepared using sol-gel method by mixing organic montmorillonite(OMMT)into cellulose solution.The structure and morphology of RC/OMMT composite films were characterized by FT-IR,SEM and XRD.The effects of OMMT content on the mechanical properties,hydrophobicity,gas barrier,thermal stability of RC/OMMT composite films were investigated.The results showed that OMMT was evenly dispersed between RC substrates in the state of exfoliation or intercalation,which improved the comprehensive properties of composite films.When the OMMT content was 3%,the tensile strength,hydrophobic properties,gas barrier and thermal stability of RC/OMMT composite films were significantly improved.When the OMMT content reached 4%,the oxygen permeability coefficient of composite film was as low as 1.391×10^(-17)cm^(3)·cm·cm^(-2)·s^(-1)·Pa^(-1),which presented excellent oxygen barrier performance.RC/OMMT composite films has good application potential in the field of high-performance green packaging.
