摘  要:采用沉淀法制备三元抗菌剂TiO_(2)-CuO-Ag NPs。通过溶液浇铸法制备了聚丁二酸-共-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBST)与TiO_(2)-CuO-Ag NPs的复合膜(PTCA)。利用XRD、XPS和TEM对TiO_(2)-CuO-Ag NPs抗菌剂的晶体结构、元素组成和价态及形貌进行表征。并对复合膜的力学性能、紫外阻隔性能、水蒸汽透过率及抗菌性能进行了评估。结果表明,复合膜PTCA的力学性能、紫外阻隔性能、水蒸汽阻隔性能和抗菌性能都得到了大幅提升。其中3%含量的抗菌剂制得的复合膜的性能最佳,在食品包装领域有巨大的应用前景。A ternary antibacterial agent(TiO_(2)-CuO-Ag NPs)was synthesized by precipitation method.The composite films(PTCA)of poly(butylene succinate-co-terephthalate)(PBST)and TiO_(2)-CuO-Ag NPs were prepared via solvent casting method.The crystal structure,the composition and valence state of elements,and morphology of TiO_(2)-CuO-Ag NPs were characterized by XRD,XPS and TEM.The mechanical properties,UV-Vis light barrier property,water vapor permeability and antibacterial properties of PTCA were further evaluated.The results showed that the mechanical properties,UV-Vis light barrier property,water vapor permeability and antibacterial properties of PTCA were significantly improved.Based on all the analysis,the composite film prepared with 3%content of antibacterial agent had the best performance,which had great application prospects in the field of food packaging.
