摘　　要：为寻找破解中医药专业学生创新能力培养瓶颈的靶点,提高中医药专业学生创新意识、创新能力,促进创新教育水平的提升。团队基于中医药创新教育理论体系建设、课程建设的现状,以及我国新医科建设和高校创新创业教育政策的相关要求,从创新思维及创新能力水平、创新教育现状、创新教育意见与建议等方面,通过问卷调查、访谈等形式,进行了多群体、多维度的调研。在此基础上,对中医药创新教育进行了理性透视并提出对策设计,以期能够为加强中医药专业教育与创新教育的耦合、培养高水平专创融合的学科交叉型人才提供思路,推动创新创业教育改革向纵深迈进,为中医药创新教育发展提供借鉴。The present research aims to break the bottleneck in the cultivation of innovative ability of students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to enhance their awareness and competence of innovation and improve innovation training.In view of the current situation of the theoretical research and curriculum construction of such training,as well as Chinese government's plan for new medical science development and higher education policies of innovation and entrepreneurship training,a multi-group and multi-dimensional survey was carried out through questionnaires and interviews to identify students'innovative thinking and competence level,current situation of innovation training,and opinions and suggestions on such training.On this basis,the research team made a rational analysis of TCM innovation training and proposed countermeasures so solve relevant problems,in order to provide ideas for integrating TCM professional education and innovation training,and for cultivating high-level interdisciplinary talents with integrated professional and innovative competencies,to promote in-depth reform of innovation and entrepreneurship training,and to provide reference for the development of TCM innovation training.
