摘 要:针对高等院校中医药类专业留学生针灸临床教学教改的重点和难点,围绕针灸临证思维的内容和教学对象特点,从理论知识、教学过程、教学方法、教学衔接、考核评价等多维度进行了教学探索和实践。充分发挥中医独特的辨证思维优势,突出培养学生针灸临证思维,在中医专业留学生本科班的针灸教学实践中有效提升了留学生临床思维能力,增强了留学生对针灸的学习兴趣,对促进针灸学的国际化传承、发展具有积极意义。In view of the key and difficult points of innovation in clinical education of acupuncture and moxibustion to foreign students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in colleges and universities,exploratory teaching practice was carried out in terms of theoretical knowledge,teaching process,teaching method,integration of classroom and clinical teaching,assessment and evaluation according to the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion clinical thinking and of the students.The reform,giving full play to the unique ways of thinking based on pattern differentiation of TCM,highlighted the cultivation of students'clinical thinking in acupuncture and moxibustion.As a result,such thinking skills of undergraduate TCM international students were effectively improved in the teaching and learning process,and their interest in acupuncture and moxibustion was enhanced.In conclusion,such reform can play a positive role in promoting the inheritance and development of acupuncture and moxibustion worldwide.
