摘　　要：1.The paper should contain original unpublished work and is not being submitted for publication elsewhere.Manuscripts should be written in English.A short abstract (not exceeding 100 words),up to five key words,and 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification should be provided.An abbreviated title (not exceeding 35 characters) to be used as a running head is also required.If there are more than one author for a paper,the name and the e-mail address of the corresponding author (i.e.the author to be contacted) should be indicated.
