摘　　要：On March 5,the First Session of the 14th National People’s Congress(NPC)opened at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.Then-Premier Li Keqiang delivered the Government Work Report,which projected several targets for development this year:GDP growth of around 5 percent,some 12 million new urban jobs,a surveyed urban unemployment rate of around 5.5 percent,CPI increase of around 3 percent,personal income growth in tandem with economic growth,and more.
