大连市多中心格局演变与规划研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国城镇化的发展迅速加剧了城市与农村、沿海与内陆区域间的发展不平衡。为缓解中心城区人口集聚、经济失衡等问题,多中心城市理论与实践得到广泛关注。通过对大连市近代主城区空间结构的演变、经济重心转移等分析,探究多中心城市的发展,并采用百度热力图、POI地理大数据,识别并分析主城区不同区域的聚集效应与现存问题。结果表明,大连城市的空间结构呈显著的多中心发展模式,但人口分布与产业结构并不均衡。对此,本文提出了不同层级规划策略,为大连市总体战略性规划提供依据。Recently,the rapid urbanization in China has also intensified the development imbalance between urban and rural areas as well as coastal and inland regions.In order to alleviate the problems of population concentration and economic imbalance in central urban areas,the theory and practice of polycentric city have received wide attention.The development of polycentric cities is explored through the analysis of the evolution of the spatial structure and the shift of the economic center in the main urban area of Dalian in recent times.Baidu heat map and POI geographic big data are also used to identify and analyze the aggregation effects and existing problems in different areas of the main urban area.The results show that the spatial structure of Dalian city shows a significant polycentric development pattern,but the population distribution and industrial structure are not balanced.Accordingly,different levels of planning strategies are proposed to provide a foundation for the overall strategic planning of Dalian city.
