摘　　要：中铁置业作为中央企业中国中铁的全资子公司,积极探索企地共建共发展的路径和方法,打造了楼宇党建、公园党建的成功案例,把党的组织优势转化为发展优势、组织资源转化为发展资源、组织活力转化为发展活力,在成功融入地方发展的同时,引领保障企业实现了高质量发展。本文在对案例进行分析的基础上,总结提炼出提升基层党建引领保障发展的对策建议。As a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway,China Railway Real Estate has actively explored the paths and methods of joint construction and development between enterprises and local governments,which has created successful cases of joint CPC Party building based on buildings and parks,so as to transform the Party's organizational advantages into development advantages,transform organizational resources into development resources,and transform organizational vitality into development vitality.While successfully integrating into local development,it has led and guaranteed the high-quality development of enterprises.Based on the case studies,this paper summarizes and refines the countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing the CPC Party building at grassroots level so as to lead and guarantee the development.
