摘　　要：从技术创新到专利权的法律化过程,也就是专利的创造过程中,一个重要的环节是权利要求的生成。过往更多的是从权利要求结果本身来分析撰写的要求,本文提出权利要求的分解组合式撰写法,从技术内容到权利要求的生成过程来考虑权利要求撰写的规范化,提升专利申请文件的撰写质量。In the process of legalization from technological innovation to patent right,which is also the creation of patent,an important procedure is the generation of claims.In the past,the claim was analyzed mainly from the result of the claim itself.This paper proposes a decomposed and combined writing method of claims,which considers the standardization of claims writing from the technical content to the generation process of claims,and improves the writing quality of patent application documents.
